A Website Helping You Find & Compare Transportation from Bus Companies Serving Columbus
akronpartybuscompany.com is an online marketplace built for groups who need transportation in Columbus and would rather compare options side by side than spend an afternoon on the phone. Instead of calling bus companies individually and describing your trip from scratch each time, you enter your details once — date, headcount, pickup point, stops — and the platform returns vehicles and all-inclusive pricing from multiple bus companies serving Central Ohio. The whole comparison takes under 30 seconds.
The company doesn't own or operate buses. It connects you to a national network of booking companies and transportation providers, which means you get access to a wide range of vehicle types — from Sprinter vans for small executive transfers to 40- to 56-passenger charter buses for large-scale convention shuttles at the Greater Columbus Convention Center — without running down each company one at a time. Browse the full selection of bus types, compare photos and amenities, and confirm the option that fits your Columbus itinerary.
Phone support is available seven days a week, including evenings and weekends, to answer questions, check vehicle availability, or help you build a multi-stop Columbus itinerary from scratch. For more on how the platform works, visit the about us page. Call 234-376-0400 any time for a free, all-inclusive quote with zero obligation.

Modern Onboard Bus Amenities for Your Columbus Trip
The right amenity setup depends on what your group is actually doing. A 25-passenger party bus loaded with an onboard bar, color-changing LED lighting, and a Bluetooth sound system hits differently on a Short North bar crawl than on a corporate airport transfer from John Glenn International. For wedding guest shuttle loops and executive team transfers, a minibus with plush reclining seats, powerful A/C, and overhead storage is the more practical fit.
Long hauls — Columbus groups heading to an Ohio State away game or moving a full convention team between the Greater Columbus Convention Center and hotel blocks on High Street — call for full charter buses with undercarriage luggage bays, onboard restrooms, and WiFi. The quote form shows exactly what each vehicle in the network includes before you commit to anything. Amenities vary by provider and vehicle, but the comparison tool makes sorting through them fast.

Get Columbus Party Bus Prices Online
Columbus party bus and charter bus prices depend on vehicle size, the date, and how many hours you need. General ranges to plan around: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $150–$300/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $175–$330/hour; 20–35 passenger buses run $250–$410/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses run $300–$480/hour; and 40- to 56-passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day.
Peak-demand windows in Columbus push rates toward the top of those ranges and thin out available vehicles fast. Ohio State home football Saturdays, prom season from April through May, ComFest weekend in late June, and New Year's Eve all create demand spikes where last-minute bookings either cost significantly more or turn up empty. Check the Columbus party bus prices page for current rate ranges, or call 234-376-0400 any time for a personalized all-inclusive quote for your specific date.

Easy Party Bus Rentals in Columbus
The core value is comparison. Finding Columbus group transportation the traditional way — calling bus companies one at a time, describing the same trip over and over, waiting on callbacks, then trying to reconcile quotes that don't use the same billing structure — burns hours before you've confirmed a single vehicle. akronpartybuscompany.com collapses that process into one form and real-time results from a network of transportation providers serving Columbus.
When you compare through this platform, you see vehicle photos, capacity, amenities, and all-in pricing at the same time. No costs appearing after the fact. Ohio State home football weekends pack every parking lot on south campus by mid-morning and push Uber surge pricing on the exits well past midnight.
The Nationwide Arena parking garages fill before tip-off on a Blue Jackets sell-out. A bus changes the math entirely: your whole crew rides together on one flat rate, and nobody draws the short straw on parking or navigation.
Phone support is reachable at any hour, including Friday nights before Saturday events, to check availability, work through itinerary questions, or put together a multi-stop Columbus package. Check the FAQ page for quick answers on vehicle types and booking timelines, or call 234-376-0400 right now to lock in your Columbus date.
Party Bus Services Built for Columbus Groups
From airport pickups at John Glenn Columbus International to Crew matches at Lower.com Field, Ohio State tailgates, and late nights through the Short North, Columbus groups have every reason to rent a party bus. The network covers every occasion across Franklin County and the surrounding region. Check the full service area to see where it reaches.

Columbus Airport Shuttles & Transportation
John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH) (4600 International Gateway, Columbus, OH 43219) handled roughly 9.2 million passengers in 2024, a record year, and is the primary commercial gateway for the Central Ohio region. Ground transportation vehicles pick up curbside, where commercial vehicles stage for passenger pickup. For charter buses and larger groups, the undercarriage bays on a full-size coach handle the luggage cleanly without a shuttle-van relay between the terminal and the parking structure.
The critical workflow at CMH is simple: don't call for the bus until your entire group has cleared baggage claim and is assembled at the curb. Curbside lanes at CMH move quickly, and a vehicle waiting without active boarding gets waved off. Assign one point person to make the call when everyone is together with bags in hand.
Review the official CMH pickup and drop-off page before your arrival date for current commercial lane assignments, then call 234-376-0400 to set up your Columbus airport transportation in advance.

Columbus Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
The Short North Arts District packs more than 300 businesses along High Street, and on a Friday or Saturday night during any peak season, parking in the neighborhood is aggressively enforced — residential permit zones cover most side streets, and towing is a real outcome for out-of-towners who miss the signs. A Columbus party bus rental for a Columbus bachelorette night resolves the entire situation: the group loads once, hits every stop on the crawl, and nobody draws the short straw to be the designated driver.
Start the night at a rooftop bar along High Street, move to Skully's Music-Diner (1151 N High St, Columbus, OH 43201) for live music or a DJ set — a longtime Columbus nightlife institution that stays busy until the early morning — and close things out at Standard Hall in the Short North's entertainment complex. For bachelor groups making a casino run to Hollywood Casino Columbus (200 Georgesville Rd, Columbus, OH 43228), a party bus with a full bar and premium sound system makes the 15-minute ride part of the night. Call 234-376-0400 to compare options and get a quote in seconds.

Columbus Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival is one of the strongest entrances you can arrange for a quinceañera or Sweet 16 in Columbus — and the right vehicle sets the mood before the party even starts. A 30-passenger party bus or 28-passenger party bus typically comes with color-changing LED lighting, a sound system wired for a pre-built playlist, and wraparound perimeter seating for the whole squad. Some providers in the network can accommodate exterior color preferences — white, black, or silver — to match the event palette; note that detail in the quote form.
For milestone adult birthdays — the big 30s, 40s, and 50s dinners that extend into a full evening — a Columbus birthday party bus rental moves the crew between a dinner reservation in the Short North and a late stop in the Arena District without splitting the group or hunting for parking twice. Compare vehicle sizes from multiple Columbus providers side by side and get a quote in under a minute. Call 234-376-0400 to check what's available on your date.

Columbus Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Nationwide Arena (200 W Nationwide Blvd, Columbus, OH 43215) seats up to 20,000 for concerts and hosts major touring acts year-round — including Barry Manilow and Zac Brown Band in 2026. The Arena District parking garages fill before doors open on sell-out nights, and rideshare surge pricing post-show on Nationwide Boulevard regularly runs 3x normal rates for 30 to 45 minutes after the final encore. A Columbus concert bus rental drops your group at the venue and picks everyone up when you decide — no standing in the Harley Avenue rideshare queue after a late show.
Ohio Stadium also pulls stadium-level shows. With a capacity of 104,851, approach roads on south campus close in phases hours before doors, and event-specific parking maps replace the standard gameday configuration. For groups making the run to Newport, Kentucky — roughly two hours south on I-71 — for a show at PromoWest Pavilion at Ovation, a charter bus keeps everyone together on both legs.
Call 234-376-0400 to check availability for your show date.

Columbus Corporate Event Transportation
The Greater Columbus Convention Center (400 N High St, Columbus, OH 43215) draws tens of thousands of convention attendees annually. Event parking downtown during a major expo runs a flat rate of $25–$30 per vehicle before you add the walk from the garage to the convention floor. A dedicated shuttle circuit between your hotel block and the Convention Center entrance eliminates the parking math and keeps your team on schedule across multi-day events.
For executive transfers between downtown hotels and corporate campuses along Polaris Parkway or the South Tech District, a Sprinter van handles the run with premium leather seating and individual climate control. For team-building outings to Easton Town Center (160 Easton Town Ctr, Columbus, OH 43219) or group dinners in the Short North, a minibus keeps 20 to 35 colleagues on one vehicle and one timeline. Set up your Columbus corporate shuttle and call 234-376-0400 to put together the right configuration for your event schedule.

Columbus Private Event Transportation Services
Columbus has several annual events where normal traffic becomes something genuinely difficult to plan around. ComFest at Goodale Park (120 W Goodale St, Columbus, OH 43215) draws large crowds over a June weekend. Street parking in the Short North disappears, rideshare pricing spikes sharply on the exits, and festival organizers explicitly warn against trying to park in the residential neighborhood — cars in permit zones get towed.
The Doo Dah Parade on July 4th shuts down sections of High Street through the Short North for a few hours around midday. Ohio State home football Saturdays close parking on south campus well before noon.
For any of these events, a private Columbus party bus or charter bus keeps your group on one vehicle, skips the parking question entirely, and lets you set your own pickup window rather than standing in a rideshare surge queue. Family reunions hitting multiple stops in a single day — COSI, the Columbus Zoo, dinner in the Short North — stay on schedule and together with a charter bus holding the itinerary. Call 234-376-0400 to put your Columbus private event plan together.

Columbus Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in Columbus runs April through May, and Central Ohio is a competitive booking window. High schools across Dublin, Westerville, Hilliard, Gahanna, and Pickerington all schedule proms within the same compressed stretch — and available buses claim fast. A typical 6-hour prom rental for 25 to 30 students runs $1,500–$2,000 when booked four to six months in advance.
Wait until March and you're looking at premium pricing or outright unavailability.
For prom in Columbus: book by December or expect limited options and higher rates. A standard prom itinerary — school pickup, photo stop at Franklin Park Conservatory (1777 E Broad St, Columbus, OH 43203), venue drop-off, and after-prom return — fits cleanly on an 18- to 25-passenger bus. Check the Columbus prom party bus page and secure your date early.
Call 234-376-0400 to confirm availability.

Columbus School Event & Field Trip Transportation
COSI (333 W Broad St, Columbus, OH 43215) is the most-visited school field trip destination in Central Ohio and one of the largest science museums in the country. The Guest Operations team greets buses on Granville T. Woods Boulevard, assists with unloading, stores lunch boxes, and handles the admission process — the facility is built for organized group arrivals. School groups should request educator arrival packets when booking, which include bus-specific drop-off and departure procedures.
A 15- to 35-passenger minibus is typically the right size for a single classroom; larger grade-level trips use multiple buses.
The Columbus school event bus network also covers field trips to the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium (4850 Powell Rd, Powell, OH 43065) — about 20 minutes north on US-33 — where charter buses with overhead bins keep backpacks and lunchboxes off the seats on the ride up. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network; note that requirement when filling out the quote form, and a booking company can match you to the right configuration. Call 234-376-0400 to get started.

Columbus Sporting Event Transportation
Ohio Stadium holds 104,851 — the third-largest football stadium in the country. On a Buckeyes home Saturday, every lot on and around the Ohio State campus fills hours before kickoff, and south campus approaches off Olentangy River Road and Lane Avenue back up well before noon. Oversized vehicle permits near the stadium run $150 per game and must be purchased in advance through Campus Parc — day-of sales don't happen.
A bus with a valid permit parks along John Herrick Drive, just south of the stadium, while day-of surface lots fill fast at $30–$60 depending on lot proximity. Note that the Stadium's Party Bus and Limo lot enforces a roughly 27-foot length maximum and turns away larger vehicles.
For Columbus sports event transportation, Lower.com Field (96 Columbus Crew Way, Columbus, OH 43215) is the Arena District's other major draw. The Columbus Crew's official parking page places a dedicated passenger drop-off and pickup zone on Hanover Street, just south of Nationwide Boulevard — about a five-minute walk from the gate — while Arena District garages fill before first whistle on marquee matchdays. Blue Jackets games at Nationwide Arena pack the same garage network simultaneously.
The bus handles all of it: your crew arrives together, and you set the pickup time. Call 234-376-0400 to lock in your game-day vehicle.

Columbus Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
A Columbus wedding shuttle loop keeps guests on time and off their phones searching for rideshares. The logistics that catch couples off guard — hotel blocks spread across Easton, Polaris, and downtown Columbus, a ceremony venue in Dublin, a reception at a converted Short North venue — are exactly what a well-staged shuttle circuit handles cleanly. Pickup at the hotel, transfer to the ceremony, two return runs after the reception.
That's one conversation and one flat rate.
For the bridal party on the morning of, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo makes the salon-to-ceremony run feel like an event in itself. Franklin Park Conservatory (1777 E Broad St, Columbus, OH 43203) is one of the most popular wedding photo stops in Columbus; charter buses should confirm bus staging and drop-off with the conservatory in advance while the bridal party walks the grounds. Get a quote for your Columbus wedding transportation — the form takes 30 seconds, and a booking company can help you build out the shuttle schedule from there.
Call 234-376-0400 today.

Columbus Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Greater Columbus area has a growing craft beverage circuit that rewards a bus itinerary. Wyandotte Winery (4640 Wyandotte Dr, Columbus, OH 43230) sits on the northeast side of the city with a full food menu and a hillside vineyard setting popular with group tastings. For craft beer, Land-Grant Brewing (424 W Town St, Columbus, OH 43215) in Franklinton draws a lively crowd with a spacious taproom floor.
Add a Short North stop at Seventh Son Brewing Co. (1101 N 4th St, Columbus, OH 43201) and you've got a full evening itinerary without anyone touching a steering wheel.
Nobody wants to navigate Columbus's one-way street grid after four tastings. A Columbus winery tour bus rental stages at each stop while your group is inside and moves the route between venues on your timeline. A 20-passenger party bus is the popular pick for groups of 15 to 20 who want the full onboard bar experience between stops.
Call 234-376-0400 to build your Columbus wine and brewery circuit.

Frequently Asked Questions About Columbus Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
akronpartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is akronpartybuscompany.com?
akronpartybuscompany.com is an independent comparison and quote-request website for group ground transportation — not a bus company. It connects you with booking companies and transportation providers across the Columbus area through one online form, so you can weigh vehicles, amenities, and all-inclusive prices side by side. The platform does not own the vehicles shown on this website and does not operate the buses directly.
Visit the about us page to learn more about how the network works.
How does akronpartybuscompany.com work?
Enter your trip details — date, group size, pickup location, and stops — into the online form. You'll see available options from transportation providers serving Columbus, including vehicle photos, amenities, and pricing, all in one place. Compare what fits your group, then connect with the provider to confirm your reservation.
Phone support is also available at 234-376-0400 seven days a week to walk you through options and help build a custom Columbus itinerary. The full FAQ page has answers on vehicle types, booking timelines, and how pricing works.
How much does a party bus cost in Columbus?
Columbus party bus rental prices vary based on vehicle size, date, and trip duration. In general: Sprinter limos run $150–$300/hour; 15- to 20-passenger party buses run $175–$330/hour; 20- to 35-passenger buses run $250–$410/hour; 35- to 50-passenger party buses run $300–$480/hour; and 40- to 56-passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. Peak windows — Ohio State home Saturdays, prom season, and ComFest weekend — push rates higher and reduce vehicle availability.
Call 234-376-0400 for an all-inclusive quote on your specific date. See the party bus prices page for more detail.
Where do charter buses park at Ohio Stadium for Buckeyes games?
Oversized vehicles at Ohio Stadium require a special permit ($150 per game, advance purchase only through Campus Parc — no day-of sales). The permit provides parking along John Herrick Drive, just south of the stadium. The Party Bus and Limo lot enforces a roughly 27-foot vehicle length maximum and turns away larger buses with no refund.
We strongly recommend checking the official Ohio State parking page well before game day to confirm current lot assignments, road closures, and any event-specific access changes.
How does a bus pick up my group at John Glenn Columbus International Airport?
At CMH, ground transportation vehicles stage on the Arrivals/Baggage Claim level curbside. The key rule: don't call for the bus until your full group has cleared baggage claim and is assembled at the curb. Curbside lanes at CMH move quickly, and a bus sitting idle without active boarding gets redirected.
Assign one group leader to place the call when everyone is ready and together. Review the official CMH pickup and drop-off page before your arrival date for current lane assignments.
Can a bus drop off at Lower.com Field for a Columbus Crew match?
Yes. The Columbus Crew's official parking page indicates a dedicated passenger drop-off and pickup zone on Hanover Street, just south of Nationwide Boulevard — roughly a five-minute walk from the main gate. Arena District parking garages around Lower.com Field typically fill before first whistle on marquee matchdays, making a bus drop-off the cleaner move.
Confirm current matchday access details on the Crew's official site before game day, as event-specific traffic management can shift zones.
Popular Columbus Party Bus Destinations
Columbus has no shortage of places to take a group. From the largest stadium in the Midwest to walkable arts and nightlife corridors, here are six destinations where Columbus party bus and charter bus groups anchor their routes — along with the logistics realities worth knowing before you show up with 40 people and nowhere to park.

Ohio Stadium (The Horseshoe)
Ohio Stadium — The Horseshoe — holds 104,851 and ranks as the third-largest football stadium in the country. On a Buckeyes home Saturday, south campus approaches off Olentangy River Road and Lane Avenue back up hours before kickoff, and most surface lots near the stadium are full by 9 a.m. Oversized vehicle permits run $150 per game, sold in advance only through Campus Parc, placing buses along John Herrick Drive just south of the gates.
Day-of surface lots charge $30–$60 depending on proximity and go fast. The Party Bus and Limo lot enforces a roughly 27-foot vehicle length maximum. Ohio Stadium also hosts the annual Ohio State spring game in April, occasional major concerts, and College Football Playoff games.
Event-specific parking maps replace the standard football configuration for concerts — road closures shift, and the approach from SR-315 may be affected. Check the official Ohio State parking page before any visit.
Address: 411 Woody Hayes Dr, Columbus, OH 43210 Phone: (614) 292-2624

Nationwide Arena
Nationwide Arena (200 W Nationwide Blvd, Columbus, OH 43215) is the 18,500-seat home of the Columbus Blue Jackets and the Arena District's primary entertainment anchor. Beyond NHL hockey, the arena hosts major touring concerts — 2026 bookings include Barry Manilow in August and Zac Brown Band on the Love & Fear Tour — plus college events and arena-level touring productions. More than 15,000 parking spaces sit within a 10-minute walk, but the Front Street Garage, Vine Street Garage, and Buggyworks Lot all fill by game time on sell-out nights.
Rideshare surge pricing post-event on Nationwide Boulevard can run 3x for 30 to 45 minutes. A charter bus or party bus drops your group at the venue entrance, stages nearby during the event, and is waiting at the curb when you walk out. Review the official Nationwide Arena directions and parking page before event day.
Address: 200 W Nationwide Blvd, Columbus, OH 43215 Phone: (614) 246-2000

The Short North Arts District
The Short North stretches along High Street from downtown Columbus north toward the Ohio State campus and packs more than 300 businesses into about a mile — galleries, rooftop bars, restaurants, live music venues, and boutiques. Skully's Music-Diner (1151 N High St, Columbus, OH 43201) has been a Columbus nightlife institution for more than 25 years, running live music, DJs, and themed nights. Standard Hall anchors a 20,000-square-foot entertainment complex with a patio and a weekend brunch draw.
On Friday and Saturday nights, residential permit zones cover virtually every side street in the neighborhood. Parking enforcement is active, and out-of-town visitors who miss the permit signs get towed without warning. A party bus drops your group at the first stop, stages on a nearby commercial block, and moves between venues while you're inside.
No parking decisions at any point in the night.

COSI — Center of Science and Industry
COSI is one of the largest science museums in the country and the top school field trip destination in Central Ohio. The museum covers interactive exhibits across energy, health, space, and ocean science, along with an OMNIMAX theater and a dedicated early-childhood floor. It draws school groups, family reunions, and corporate team-building events year-round, and the facility is genuinely built for organized group arrivals.
The Guest Operations team meets buses on Granville T. Woods Boulevard, assists with unloading, handles lunch storage, and moves groups through admission. School groups requesting educator packets get bus-specific drop-off and departure procedures included. COSI sits directly on the Scioto Mile, easy to pair with a downtown riverfront lunch stop.
ADA-accessible entry is available. Call the COSI group tours line to coordinate your group's arrival in advance.
Address: 333 W Broad St, Columbus, OH 43215 Phone: (614) 228-2674

Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens
Franklin Park Conservatory sits less than two miles east of downtown on East Broad Street and covers 13 acres of indoor and outdoor garden environments — including a Pacific Island Water Garden, a Himalayan Mountain biome, and a permanent Dale Chihuly glass art collection. It's one of Columbus's most popular wedding photo and reception venues, open daily to the public. The conservatory hosts a popular holiday light display running late November through early January that draws heavy attendance and adds to seasonal parking pressure around the Broad Street entrance.
Charter buses and large groups should contact the conservatory in advance to confirm current bus drop-off procedures, since on-site space for oversized vehicles is limited.
Address: 1777 E Broad St, Columbus, OH 43203 Phone: (614) 715-8000

Lower.com Field
Lower.com Field opened in 2021 as the purpose-built home of the Columbus Crew and holds 20,371 fans at the heart of the Arena District in Confluence Village. The stadium sits steps from Nationwide Arena, meaning a Crew match and a nearby concert on the same night stack parking demand across the entire district simultaneously — a real issue on marquee matchdays. The Crew's official parking guidance designates a passenger drop-off and pickup zone on Hanover Street, just south of Nationwide Boulevard, about a five-minute walk from the main entrance.
With 6,300 parking spaces within 10 minutes and 13,000 within 15, volume exists, but premium spots sell out early for big matchdays. COTA bus routes 3 and 8 serve the stadium, with a stop at Nationwide Boulevard and McConnell Boulevard roughly a 10-minute walk away. A charter bus handles the Arena District parking crunch in one move.
Check the official parking page for current lot and road information before match day.
